How many people do you send to my home?

Normally, we send a team of two to three cleaners, one always being the owner or a manager of Tahoe Clean. Each of us check each others work and we stay until we are completely satisfied with each job.

Do I need to be home?

Only if you prefer, otherwise we keep detailed information about each clients home regarding access, keys, pets, codes etc.

How about guarantees, or insurance?

If you are by the slightest chance not happy with our agreed upon cleaning service we will return either the same day or following day and re-clean any area that was not taken care of. We are insured for up to 2 million .

Tahoe Clean is an expert cleaning service, for businesses and residential properties. We also can provide handyman and vacation rental services for homeowners who are VRBO/Airbnb hosts. How much time does Tahoe Clean need to clean between guests?

We require a minimum of 4 hours to ensure our cleaners have enough time to provide you with the highest level of service. In a back-to-back scenario, most guests are asked to depart the property at 11am, with the next guest arriving at 4pm.
